This week, we celebrated the achievements of our top 10 quarterly agents with a well-deserved lunch at Tempo Kitchen. The event was made even more special with the presence of Tim Lomakin, the owner of Foundation Aviation, who graced us with his wisdom and insights as a successful entrepreneur. It was an honor to have him with us, and we were all inspired by his story.
At the event, we took the opportunity to reflect on our progress and set new goals for the future. We recognized that in order to reach the next level in our sales, we need to continually strive for improvement and growth. That’s why we are taking a cue from successful business owners like Tim Lomakin, and learning from those who have excelled outside of the real estate industry. By doing so, we hope to gain new perspectives, fresh ideas, and innovative approaches that we can apply to our own careers.
In 2023, we are determined to take our real estate sales team to new heights, and we believe that by learning from those who have succeeded before us, we will be able to do just that. We are excited for what the future holds and are ready to face the challenges that come our way with determination, hard work, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
