People ask me how I get so many things accomplished. I don’t have a special formula, I simply do what needs to be done.
That has been a motto in the Zapata Home since our boys were young. We live by the motto, “We do what needs to be done.” Period. End of story. We do the job until it is completed.
When I wanted to start my own company, I did it. I didn’t know how to do it. So I figured out how to do it first.
When I wanted to have my own podcast, I just did it. I didn’t know how, so I watched videos and paid for a course and then did it.
When I wanted to start a mortgage company, I didn’t know how, but I found a way. Starting a mortgage company was one of the most confusing and complicated things I’ve ever done. I should have written it all down because I could sell that course for thousands. Oh well.
When I wanted to re-brand my real estate team name to the Bald Brothers Team, I did it.
When I wanted to skydive, I did it. Twice.
When I wanted to create a course for new agents, I didn’t know how to do that either. I evaluated and hired a Professional Course Creator and his company to walk me through it.
When I wanted to write a book, I wrote. Now I have two published books on Amazon with more in the works.
To be a doer, you can’t be lazy.
To be a doer, you can’t wait for others to take action.
To be a doer, you can’t be a reactor, but the initiator.
To be a doer, you can’t be a know it all, but a learner.
To be a doer, you can’t do it alone, but need the help of others.
To be a doer, means you do.
What do you need to do?
